Rörelse & Utveckling Organisations-konsulter was established in 1996. We support development of leaders, employees, professionals, businesses, teams and organizations. Our offer includes both consultative efforts and participation in courses and leadership development programs. Our clients are to be found in both the private, public and not for profit-sector. Our approach is systemic, narrative and based on appreciative inquiry, we strive towards practical applications to benefit our clients. About our company name... We believe that every organization needs to have a capacity for change, the ability to be in "motion" (Rörelse). We also believe that this movement is a precondition for, and an opportunity to, "development" (Utveckling) and innovation. We want to contribute to both motion and development. Leadership development and executive support Rörelse & Utveckling Organisationskonsulter has a long experience in development and support for managers, leaders and elected officials at various levels within organizations, government agencies, NGOs and businesses. Our capabilities include:

Facilitation of meetings and group processes We offer consulting services in planning and facilitating meetings and group-related processes. We have developed a methodology and an approach that contributes to high participation, involvement, holistic thinking and personal responsibility in the processes that we facilitate, and that creates good conditions for the group to reach the goal of the meeting or its process. Our vision is that, by continuing their own development, in close cooperation with our customers and partners, be one of the leading consultancies in Sweden in leadership, organizational development and change methods of systemic basis.
