Rörelse & Utveckling Organisations-konsulter was established in 1996. We support development of leaders, employees, professionals, businesses, teams and organizations. Our offer includes both consultative efforts and participation in courses and leadership development programs. Our clients are to be found in both the private, public and not for profit-sector. Our approach is systemic, narrative and based on appreciative inquiry, we strive towards practical applications to benefit our clients.
About our company name... We believe that every organization needs to have a capacity for change, the ability to be in "motion" (Rörelse). We also believe that this movement is a precondition for, and an opportunity to, "development" (Utveckling) and innovation. We want to contribute to both motion and development.
